Restaurant

Ambience
The basement of the building, where the old stables were located, has been converted into our restaurant, run with great passion since 2019 by the owner, the heart and soul of this place.
The space has been carefully renovated, enhancing materials such as the original stone, the wood found in the building used to make the tables, and the old mangers that now form the counter, combined with the modern linearity of the iron that characterises the fireplace and other details.
A fireplace welcomes you into the first room and helps to heat the entire space on winter evenings with the charm of wood.
The thick stone walls help to retain heat and keep the space cool in summer.

Cuisine
Our cuisine is inspired by the Aosta Valley, where we are located, and Umbria, where we come from. We pay close attention to the selection of products and producers, seasonality and freshness of ingredients. We are passionate about sourcing aromatic herbs from our garden and the surrounding land. We use our wood-burning stove for traditional cooking and slow-cooking meat.
The à la carte menu, with a wide range of choices, is enriched seasonally, based on the products available and our imagination. For events and large groups, we are at your disposal for personalised menus.

Products
We favour small businesses and producers from the Aosta Valley, particularly when selecting meat, freshwater mountain fish, cheese and cured meats, honey and chestnuts, cornmeal and rye flour.
From Umbria, we bring extra virgin olive oil and ham, which we cut with a knife.
We select the flours we use to make bread and fresh pasta in-house every day.
To rediscover authentic and genuine food.
Opening hours
We are open all year round for lunch and dinner.
We are closed on Wednesdays, except during high season and on public holidays.
Please contact us to check our closing days. Reservations are welcome.
