Rooms, breakfast and garden
We are located in the quiet pedestrian village of Perloz, easily accessible by car (covered parking 50 metres away), where life is still marked by the seasons and the rhythms of the goats and cows that occupy the village stables.
In the ancient 17th-century building leaning against the mountain, where our osteria was already located in the basement, we have created our first three chambres d’hôtes, featuring stone, antique wood and Roman lime.
From the outdoor garden, you can directly access the reception area, where you will be welcomed by the original structure of an imposing stone fireplace, a cosy place being the entrance to the two main rooms, which are connected internally to our restaurant on the lower floor.
With a separate entrance from the same garden, you can access the small house with a loft.
The names of the rooms refer to the former owners of the house.
Breakfast for our guests is served in the restaurant, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner service.
The outdoor garden, bordered by the stream, is at your disposal for a pleasant break in the greenery with a view of the mountains.

With access from the reception on the ground floor, the Costaz suite consists of a double bedroom, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with Gressoney marble shower and a living room with double sofa bed (with desk, armchair and TV) leading to the wooden balcony overlooking the first floor. The stone, original interior doors and wood will immerse you in the history of the house.

Directly from the garden, you can access the independent Casetta di Peppe, converted from the old chestnut drying room, with an entrance hall, private bathroom and loft with double bed. A touch of colour inside and the garden will brighten up your stay.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, located within the same building, with an à la carte selection of sweet and savoury options, always made with carefully selected ingredients, including bread, cakes and jams home made.
